BÄRS didn't start in a boardroom. It started at 11pm in a kitchen, staring at a counter full of half-empty tubs.

"I was training six days a week and still waking up wrecked. My counter had five labels on it — protein, magnesium, something for sleep, something I'd stopped reading. One night I counted them and thought: the ritual that repairs you shouldn't need a checklist. It should be one quiet scoop, and then lights out. So that's what we built."
